Centurion, Inc recently received a Best Solutions Award from the Government Technology Conference at one of their recent annual conferences. The award was presented to Centurion, Inc. for developing and implementing a Child Support Call Center application for state government agencies.

GTC Best Solutions Awards recognize those exhibitors who have partnered with a customer, either public or private to create a specific solution. These solutions have resulted in significant benefits - saved time, money or headaches - and are worthy of recognition.

Conforming to mandated administrative directives these agencies must adhere to, the Centurion, Inc. system processes calls from custodial and non-custodial parents related to the status of court ordered child support activity.

Features of the system include a Predictive Dialer for outbound calling, automated telephone Credit Card payment processing, audio and video recording of call transactions, as well as specialized reporting to meet state and federal agency needs.
