CARES Outbound Notification

Centurion CARES Outbound Notification provides our customers with the tools necessary to contact the masses via email, fax, phone call, or text in order to speak a message or seek feedback.  The speaking portion of outbound notification is easily managed through the Centurion GUI interface that allows our clients to easily make their own changes to the scripts that are spoken to the individuals on the receiving end of the communication.  CARES Survey in conjunction with Outbound Notification allows organizations to proactively touch base with clients in order to recieve feedback via the CARES Survey Module.  CARES Survey also includes an easy to use GUI drag and drop tool kit designed to make life easy for Centurion clients.
