Financial Interactive Voice Response
The Centurion, Inc. Next Teller, “Bank-By-Phone”, specifically designed for banking and financial applications, provides the freedom to process bank transactions from any touch-tone telephone, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. This reduces operating costs as Next Teller is successfully completing the tasks traditionally done by your staff; staff who now can be assigned to tasks that require personalized services.
Easy to use menus impart a sense of control and understanding for the caller, assuring their satisfaction with the application. Customers familiar with formerly spending 10 to 15 minutes transacting their business on a person to person basis will appreciate the fact that Next Teller processes their transaction in an average of 3 minutes, any time of the day, any day of the week, from any touch-tone location.
Administrative training is easy to learn with a majority of operations performed by responses of “yes – no” or “on – off”, assuring that your employees are productive in a minimal amount of time. Data base access supports the Next Teller standard queries, such as current rate information, with the system retrieving and responding with the requested information, eliminating repetitive “look up” by staff for each call. When an interest rate line is updated within the system, the rates retrieved by the Next Teller application also reflect that update.
Residing within an Oracle data base, Next Teller provides a Personal Identification Number (PIN) administration feature, ensuring confidentiality of data available throughout the system.

Loan Application with Host Data System Integration
To enhance the loan origination process, Centurion, Inc. has incorporated several options into this feature.
- Retrieval of data from a host data system based upon the caller’s account and PIN number. The caller’s name, address, etc. can be collected from the host data system, streamlining that portion of the loan origination process.
- Credit bureau records can be accessed based upon the caller’s social security number. Next Teller dials the credit bureau via modem connection, retrieves credit information and incorporates it into the loan application record.
