Discovery:
Through our discovery process Centurion specialists and application engineers work closely with the customer to understand the culture, workflow and goals of the organization.
Requirements and Analysis:
Centurion and the client defines and agrees upon the Centurion proposed solution. Centurion provides a detailed Statement of Work defining the goals, work efforts, and timelines of the project.
Delivery:
The Centurion implementation team works closely with the customer to deliver a complete well tested solution. Centurion quality assurance personnel rigorously test all aspects of the solution. User acceptance testing guarantees that the application meets all requirements by the customer before deployment. The deployment team works closely with the customer to ensure a smooth transition to production.
